Here is an email I received from a potential client this morning:

I made an inquiry for pet sitting in July. Only got an email with some forms. I replied with my phone number and no one ever called or responded to a followup email. Would never reccomend this company to care for pets. Could be just a scam to get the key to a persons home. Never trust this company.
Too bad this guy felt the need to send me this nasty email especially since he did not tell the truth. Here is the real story.
On Friday, I received an email from him asking about pet sitting. On Friday afternoon, I responded with an email asking him to fill out some forms which he sent back on Saturday. I responded to his email with the attached forms telling him I’d call him on Monday or Tuesday. Unfortunately, my husband had surgery on Monday so I was out of pocket on Monday & Tuesday. I receive his last email on Wednesday AM. During the time my husband was in the hospital I choose to focus more on my existing clients rather than potential clients.
I sent a response to his email telling him that my husband had surgery on Monday. Of course, he never responded. Not sure why he said he would never trust my company when I’ve never even had a conversation with him. Oh well, some people like to complain about everything.
